My interests lie foremost in developing truthful and meaningful relationships with collaborators at foundational levels helping them and others to achieve goals at highest levels.

Innovative, elegant, sacred and sometimes a tad ridiculous, I’ve been blessed to work with publicly traded companies, independent entrepreneurs, creatives in the arts and cultural sectors as well as leading thousands of people through personal development programs in yoga and eastern philosophy for over 30 years.

Beyond loving the work I do, what helps get me out of bed at 5:30 each morning? It’s this motley crew… My beautiful tricked-out, amazing, creative family that empowers me to make every day count.

What do motorcycle racing, standing ovation performance, writing perfect code, making incredible coffee and peak athletic performance have in common?

Mindfulness, fierce dedication, refinement and time. The 4 corners of foundation that transports an individual or organization from mundane states of being into hyper-charged beasts of possibility. The interesting thing is that for most thriving from that place, the finished result (what ever it is) is just the added bonus. The true joy is in the practice and execution.

I believe that highest success is a result of mindful investment in aligning driving forces, motivational intentions and understanding truthfully aligned core values. It’s the starting point for any project that will determine the strength of it’s success.

Invested in collaborations, our starting point is always the why before the how. I’m not here as a know-it-all or projected expert. I’m here to enable thinking outside your (or your company’s) pattern. To consort in enabling fresh ideas, new direction and possibility beyond a limited range.

I’m deeply interested in Eastern dharma and have been studying and teaching it for over 17 years. Through study, immersion and understandings of Hindu traditions (biased through modern context) I’m blessed to lead trainings, workshops, classes and private consult.

Though Eastern practices and creative direction seem a wide stretch apart, (sorry, such a bad pun) They really are not. Yoga and mindfulness are simply the foundation and lens which creative exploits are spun and manifest.

There’s infinitely more to yoga than sweaty people in stretchy pants. I hope that my work might show an indication of its influence.

Clear, broad based, empowering, empathetic and lighthearted. I’ve been called a man of few words, but if you could hear what’s really going on behind the scenes you’ll likely be surprised. Unless of course, you’re registered in one of my trainings. In that case you’ll get a 200 Hr dose.

Genius is cultivated over time with patience and dedicated effort. Pure craft skills are not limited to fine woodworking or great beer, the modern interpretation could be defined as anything that requires patience, absorption and continued refinement of skills over time.

Efforts to implement Craft paradigms in our work result in refined products and experiences, profound personal connection to projects and enjoying the process (what it takes to get there) rather than focusing purely on cold hearted kpi’s.

Unexpected and incredible things happen during collaborations. Trust, open communication and clear goals enable us to be drawn away from our comfort zones stepping into co-creating at higher levels. Here is where we open doors to new ways of thinking, doing and possibility beyond what we could each do alone.

Whooooops!…Mistakes are part of any process, so let’s say yes to learning from our mistakes and make allowances for them to happen, but can we please say NO to the modern cliché of “Hurry up and fail?” More often it’s premised on rushing through actions and knee jerking to shifts rather than intended mindful action.

From strength of intention comes knowledge.
Knowledge available is dependent on the strength of intention.

Our actions and ability to create effectively is therefore dependent on both. Becoming clear, broadcasting that amongst teams and creating appropriate forums for empowering reinforcement / support is both necessary and enabling..
